- Check electrical connections and repair any loose connections or burnt wires
- Check and record amperage of condenser fans and compressors
- Monitor and record box temperature and thermostat set point
- Check defrost clock operation

- Monitor and adjust for proper alignment of belts and pulleys

- Monitor and record space temperature, relative humidity, and outdoor temperature

- Monitor, adjust, and document gas pressure at burner manifold
- Clean burners, burner compartments, and carryover tubes
- Check the heat exchanger for corrosion or cracks
- Clean draft inducer/diverter assembly
- Check safety controls for proper operation
- Adjust air shutters for proper flame at burner
- Monitor and record temperature rise over heat exchanger
- Monitor and record space temperature, and thermostat set point
Our standard filter change maintenance procedure includes the installation of standard 1 or 2-inch fiberglass filters, remove and disposal of old filters. We ensure the proper fit of filters for minimal bypass.

- Lubricate shafts, bearings, and motors as needed

- Replace worn belts (when needed)
